i have a house that i am currently living in that i would like to remodel on the back. the project would be about 15'X40' with a bedroom a half bath and a small living area.

12x16 closet addition and remodel existing closet/bathroom combo into master bath. tile shower and bathroom floor. hardwood floors in the closet and some cutom built-ins. no elfa or elfa like fixtures in the closet. The house is pier and beam if this makes a difference.

We are looking into remodeling our kitchen. Removing our sunroom to make room for a two story addition. On the bottom of the additon our master bedroom would be expanded and the rest would be an office. The second floor would be a game room and a bedroom with a porch with stairs to go down outside.

Replace garden tub and sink-vanity with walk-in shower, 200 s.f. Travertine and 24 s.f. glass block. Water tower fixture. Replace old vanity with pedistal sink. Old Stand up shower needs to be demoed as well as garden tub and existing 32 s.f. of floor tile.
